RPC announces an addition to its staff leadership team, Tamara Jackson-Gatewood, Manager for Business Development and Engagement. This position underscores new approaches in the work of engagement with prospective loan customers, loan servicing technical assistance to current RPC customers, and leading RPC pre-loan readiness program as the main service for select non-customer technical assistance.
Tamara is responsible for engagement and cultivation with potential loan customers, leading business technical assistance programs with select non-customers to prepare them for loans as well as providing technical assistance to RPC loan customers.
Jackson-Gatewood brings to RPC a deep experience in financial services, membership/business development and economic inclusion. She was the former Director of Membership Services with the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this work Tamara was the Assistant Vice President—Retail and Business Banking for Huntington Bank and worked in retail and business banking for Bank of America, and financial and investment services during her work with MassMutual Financial Group and Fidelity Investments.
